The Birthday Cake Bomb dipped in white chocolate pairs perfectly with the light and balanced Bordeaux blend of our 2018 Reserve River Red. The smoothness of the River Red allows the white chocolate to shine. This Cake Bomb is a favorite in our tasting room. 

The Espresso Cake Bomb with its deep espresso filling wrapped in dark Belgian chocolate brings out the smooth and bold fruit flavors in our 2017 Estate Reserve Syrah. Syrahs have a natural smokiness that brings out coffee and espresso flavors in chocolates. 

Yes, there is a Gluten Free/Vegan Cake Bomb. You are giving up nothing and adding everything with this Cake Bomb. Loaded with peanut butter and a hint of coconut and wrapped in dark Belgian chocolate makes it exactly what you need go with our big bad 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon. All those flavors need a bold wine to hold up and stand out and Cabernet Sauvignon is just the wine for the job. 

One of the most exciting combinations to pair with wine is spice.  The Caliente Cake Bomb has just the right amount of heat dipped in dark Belgian chocolate and partners perfectly with the bold berry flavors of our 2018 Estate Reserve Malbec.
