Tasting Notes and Descriptions-
Appearance: Deep garnet
Aroma: Tobacco, vanilla, lychee, creamy notes
Taste: Leather, long finish with a light oak infusion from medium toast french-oak barrels. Silky tannins with a hint of blackberry.
Overall impression: Full-bodied with medium acidity. Nice mouth feel with high longevity. Pairs well with pork tenderloin or stuffed bell peppers.
